Meet Dr. Parks
Dr. Parks is a 1999 honor
graduate of Life University School of Chiropractic.
He received his adjunctive in physiotherapy from
Bridgeport Chiropractic College and has training in
biomechanics, ergonomics, and nutrition.
Dr. Parks received recognition by the NCQA. The NCQA
is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to
improving health care quality. The
NCQA’s Back Pain Recognition Program
(BPRP) recognizes physicians and chiropractors who
deliver superior care to Americans who suffer from
low back pain.
Dr. Parks
has been a member of the American
Chiropractic Association and the North Carolina
Chiropractic Association since 1999.
Dr. Parks opened his chiropractic practice in
Kernersville in 2000 beginning his service to the
Kernersville community. He is a member of the Rotary
Club of Kernersville, The Kernersville Business
Association and Fountain of Life Church. In
addition, he is an active supporter of several
community and church health fairs in the Piedmont.
Dr. Parks was honored for his service to the
Kernersville community by the Bryan School of
Business and the Business Journal receiving the
prestigious “2007 40 Leaders Under 40 Award.” Dr.
Parks promotes wellness through prevention and
healthy lifestyles and has been featured on News 2,
WXII, Fox 8, PAX TV/ION and several radio stations.
Dr Parks lives in Kernersville with his wife Sheila
and they have two children.
 Piedmont Chiropractic Center
treats acute injuries like those sustained in
automobile crashes. Dr. Parks received a 2005 CROFT
certification to treat these injuries and is
currently working on his second certification that
will be completed in 2011. |
