Lie in floor with knees bent and feet flat. Arms out to the side with elbows bent. Entire back of arm should be on floor. Glide arms over head and touch fingertips above the head. Goal is to keep backs of arms and hands flat on floor. Bring arms back to a 45 degree angle.
Lie on back on floor w/ knees bent and feet flat Clasp hands together and hold arms straight over chest. Reach back over head toward the floor keeping elbows straight.
Put forearms against wall and lean into the corner. You should feel the stretch in your chest not shoulders.
Start on hands and knees. Arch back upward toward the ceiling, then sag back down toward the floor.
