Levator stretch

Place right hand behind neck and look towards your left armpit. With your left hand gently pull your head towards the left arm pit. Repeat on right side.

Upper Back Stretch

Cross your hands and press forearms together to separate shoulder blades. Then lower head to stretch mid back while reaching further and further out in front. 

Diagnol Upper Trapezius Stretch

Place foot on towel and hold taut in right hand. Gently pull head to left side with left hand. Repeat on opposite side. 

Scalene Stretch

Gently pull towards shoulder and hold. Repeat pulling towards armpit.
